Design Work:
In general, most pins we produce are custom designed based on your organizations logo, seal or patch – there is no extra charge for this service. For designs based on concepts (from scratch) we do charge at a rate of $35 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.

How to Choose a Pin Type:
The best way is to send us a copy of your artwork or design and we'll prepare a recommendation for you. Otherwise, you should consider the purpose of the pin and let that guide your decision.

 

Pricing & Payment:
We have various price options based on the pin type, size and quantity. We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal©. Additionally, we accept check, wire transfer or money orders. A deposit is not required from entities or agencies that forward purchase orders from their official finance or purchasing departments. FDPINS reserves the right to reject purchase orders of questionable nature. All other clients are required to submit a 50% deposit to begin production on any order with the balance being due upon delivery.
 

How Long Does It Take:
Upon your approval of the pin artwork it takes between 2-3 weeks to deliver your pins for most designs. Very intricate designs may require up to 4 weeks.
